Getting Started

How do I sign up for MyKompis?

Currently, MyKompis is in the pre-launch phase. You can sign up for our waitlist on the homepage to be notified as soon as the app is available in your area. Once launched, you'll be able to download the app and create an account directly.

Is MyKompis free to use?

We plan to offer a basic version of MyKompis for free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future. Details will be available upon launch.

Account Management

How do I update my profile information?

Once the app is launched and you have created an account, you will be able to access your profile settings within the app to update your information, interests, and preferences.

How do I delete my account?

Instructions for account deletion will be available within the app settings upon launch, in accordance with data protection regulations like GDPR.

Using MyKompis Features

How does MyKompis match me with activity partners?

MyKompis will use the interests, location preferences, and activity types you specify in your profile to suggest potential Kompis (buddies) for shared activities.

Can I create my own activities?

Yes, we plan for users to be able to propose activities and invite others or join activities created by fellow users.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the welcome email after signing up for the waitlist.
